The team at Global Village Travel is very well travelled. This is advantageous as it allows them to draw on their own personal experiences when helping you make a booking. The experienced team of consultants have all been in the travel industry for at least 10 years!

Since 1972, I have worked and grown up with this industry, it’s in my blood. I love organising bespoke experiences to suit the client’s needs.
I have travelled extensively in Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, travelled to USA and Canada and also Botswana. I have cruised the Danube and Mexican Riviera and I have not only worked in retail, but also for airlines and wholesalers, and taught a travel course including fares and ticketing, in TAFE after work, in my spare time!
I, like Anu, always try different types of properties but always have a highlight stay, be it Pousada in Portugal, Paradores in Spain, Chateau in France or Villas in Italy and so on. My niche is Europe, Botswana and South America and put together small private touring groups, from two couples to eight couples.
My favourite destination is Canal Du Midi, south of France near Carcassonne, because we have a couple of houses there. All in all, I love my job!

I get great pleasure in constructing interesting itineraries and suggesting something a little outside the square to add to an otherwise mainstream itinerary.
I have been a part of the travel Industry since 1979. My main experience is as a Travel Consultant although I have also worked as a Wholesale Cruise Travel Specialist, as well as at Sydney Airport for Singapore Airlines and Toll-Dnata in the Silverkris frequent flyer lounge, check-in, arrivals and departures.
I love all things travel. My own favourite travel plans usually involve a mix of cruising along with staying in quaint locally run hotels, pensions, B&B’s and the like, with a stay in a highlight property like a memorable night spent at the Snow Hotel in Kirkenes Norway with a constant -5 degrees Celsius inside.
I do love a bit of adventure travel and small group journeys as well. Let’s face it I just love everything travel!
